*筆者: 本篇是繼2020年5月《新歡舊愛之「夫婦的世界」 業主與酒店集團如何談「分手的藝術」》的資訊更新。酒店開發合作的「分手」，雖然基本上是理性合意所致的結果，且比例上以業主提出為絕大部份，少部份則因業主在經營層面損及管理公司(酒店集團)的權益、聲譽而由管理公司提出終止合作，但這些狀況都已在白紙黑字的合約中清楚註明，加上雙方簽字同意，至於談判桌上的「破口大罵、數落對方不是」的「灑狗血」劇情，比較會像是在「稗官野史」、「江湖上的傳言」中流傳著，會在正式新聞媒體上呈現者也是極少(→若有業者願意跟記者講，一干路人等也樂得看戲、講八卦)。

Leading luxury hospitality company Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, and Gruppo Statuto, one of Italy’s preeminent hotel development companies, announce that Four Seasons will assume management of the historic Hotel Danieli. Following extensive renovations, the property will be reintroduced as Hotel Danieli, Venezia, A Four Seasons Hotel in 2025.
全球主要奢華酒店集團之一的四季酒店集團與義大利卓越的旅館開發商之一的Statuto Group共同宣佈四季酒店集團將承接經典的Hotel Danieli 之營運管理任務。在重大的封館改裝之後，Hotel Danieli將於2025年以「Hotel Danieli, Venezia ，四季集團旗下酒店」之名再度回到威尼斯。
Hotel Danieli住於威尼斯的斯拉夫人堤岸區，一旁就是威尼斯大運河，並且緊鄰聖馬可廣場，該酒店是由三棟建築體所組成：一棟建於14世紀的Palazzo Dandolo以及二棟建於19世紀並以橋樑接連的增建樓─ Palazzo Nuova和Palazzo Danieli Excelsior。Hotel Danieli 豐富的歷史文化遺產在酒店處處可見，像是保存完善的威尼斯歌德式建築以及酒店在歷史發展下所留存的古董、藝術品。

Guests will be immersed in the splendour of the property from the moment their stay begins, enjoying unique arrival experience on boat via the Grand Canal. Guest rooms feature exceptional views of the Grand Canal, surrounding city and Venice’s Bay. The property also features four restaurant and bar outlets, which also benefit from exquisite views, as well as seven meeting and event spaces.
賓客們從他們入住Hotel Danieli開始將可沉浸在酒店的富麗堂皇中，享有經由大運河搭船抵達酒店的體驗(參見下方影片)。酒店客房以包含城市街景與威尼斯潟湖灣區之絕佳的威尼斯大運河景緻為特色。酒店亦以4個景觀餐廳與酒吧為其特色，而7個多功能的宴會廳也有美景相伴。
The Hotel will undergo extensive renovations prior to reopening as a Four Seasons experience, with renowned designer Pierre-Yves Rochon overseeing the interiors. Rochon has worked on several other historic Four Seasons properties in Europe, including in Florence, Paris, Cap-Ferrat and Megève. During the renovation period, the property will remain open with select services and amenities available. During this time, the hotel will be operated and managed by Gruppo Statuto under the name The Hotel Danieli, Venezia.
Hotel Danieli在正式以四季酒店重新營運之前將進行全面性的重大改裝，而室內設計的部份會由國際知名的法國設計師Pierre-Yves Rochon負責監製操刀。Rochon已有數個改裝極具歷史(古蹟)的歐洲四季酒店據點之經驗，包括佛羅倫斯、巴黎、費拉角、默熱沃。酒店在改裝期間(預計2023年1月起至2025年)將僅開放部份設施，並以The Hotel Danieli, Venezia之名由業主Statuto Group自行營運管理。
